Junior AI Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a curious and tech-savvy junior to join our innovation team as an AI Solutions Specialist. You don’t need to be an expert developer — but you should feel comfortable using AI tools to create and improve applications. Together with our team, you will experiment, prototype, and bring to life new digital solutions that support our business.

Responsibilities
Use AI tools and platforms to assist in building applications and prototypes;
Work with the team to design and test new solutions (automation, integrations, document processing, etc.);
Support the development of small MVPs and evolve them with guidance from senior colleagues;
Explore new AI features and suggest creative ways to apply them in our business;
Learn continuously and grow into a more independent role over time.

Requirements
Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) – enough to understand and adjust AI-generated code;
Interest in AI tools (LLMs, OCR, automation frameworks, APIs);
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment;
Ability to collaborate with others and learn fast;
Good English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have
Some experience with databases or APIs;
Familiarity with web applications or ERP/EDI systems;
Previous personal or academic projects using AI tools.
