Junior AI-Implementation Consultant (m/w/d) - Building Industry

You know the situation in the building industry: information gets lost, coordination takes too long, decisions come too late, and at the end, the same obstacles cost time, money, and nerves again.

At our partner company, an innovative AI software provider for construction projects, you will redesign these processes exactly. As a Junior AI-Implementation Consultant (m/w/d), you will help customers overcome these challenges. You will accompany architects, project managers, and building owners in integrating AI into their daily work and ensure that projects are implemented faster, more efficiently, and stress-free. Your work will make real differences, visible in every successfully completed project.

Tasks

• You will accompany customers in introducing an AI tool and making software usable in everyday life.
• You will be the trusted point of contact and support teams in using digital processes and workflows efficiently.
• You will work closely with product and technology teams together and bring practical experience to continuously improve tools.
• You will teach customers how digital transformation really works in the construction industry. From the first setup to daily added value.

Qualification

• First experience in the building industry, e.g., through studies, internships, or initial projects.
• Interest in AI, digital workflows, and innovations in construction.
• Motivated newcomers are explicitly welcome.
• Residence in Munich or willingness to work there permanently.
