Junior Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for a proactive Junior Affiliate Marketing to grow our B2B affiliate channel in Mexico. You will have the autonomy to identify new partners, negotiate deals, optimize performance, and contribute ideas to expand the channel. Your work will directly impact revenue and growth, giving you ownership over results and opportunities to learn and develop in the affiliate space. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and onboard new affiliate partners in Mexico (digital banks, credit cards, companies that offer financial services) and negotiate deals with them. Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to optimize their performance and ensure long-term partnerships. Analyze and track key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated by each partner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting our products and services through affiliate channels. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our channel's performance. Contribute ideas to expand the channel and identify new opportunities for growth.
