Job Just On Business Just On Business S.p.A. selects, for a prestigious Milanese society active in the socio-assistential sector, a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTANT - profile. The resource will report directly to the Administrative Director and be responsible for the following activities: - Manage active and passive invoicing; - Manage accounting records up to the preparation of the balance sheet; - First note registration; - Bank reconciliation and movement registration in accounting; - Control of deadlines for Clients/Suppliers; - Monitor compliance with deadlines and administrative procedures. The ideal candidate has a degree in economic/gestional disciplines and has gained multi-year experience in the role. Essential requirements: - Competence in general and industrial accounting (or analytical); - Knowledge of accounting regimes (forfaitary, simplified, ordinary...); - Knowledge of classic administrative-accounting procedures; - Skills in exercise balance discipline; - Knowledge of periodic and annual fiscal obligations; - Mastery of software tools (Excel); - Knowledge of ERP software (Navision); - Analytical skills; - Precision and attention to detail; - Reliability and seriousness; - Maximum discretion; - Flexibility and organizational skills; - Respect for times and deadlines. Initial insertion of 3 months through a Somministrazione contract. Full-time schedule. No smart working expected.
