Junior Account Manager Software

Do you want to give your commercial career a flying start and get energy from acquiring new customers? At ITIS Products in Barendrecht, you will have all the space to develop yourself into a successful software account manager. You will primarily focus on new business, learn everything about our innovative software solutions, and build your own customer portfolio step by step. Experience with software sales is a nice bonus, but your commercial drive and enthusiasm are much more important to us.

What will you do?

As a Junior Account Manager Software, your focus is on creating new commercial opportunities. You will actively search for potential customers, make initial contacts, and introduce organizations to the software solutions of ITIS Products. You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues, allowing you to develop into an independent account manager.

You will advise organizations on SOFOS 360, our software for registering and managing hazardous substances. Additionally, you will work with Chemwatch, an internationally leading software solution for which ITIS Products is the exclusive partner within the Benelux.

Your tasks will include:

• Actively approaching new customers and generating new business.

• Building your own customer portfolio.

• Scheduling commercial appointments with potential customers.

• Identifying customer needs and commercial opportunities.

• Conducting software demonstrations, independently or with a product specialist.

• Preparing, elaborating, and following up on quotations.

• Managing the sales process from initial contact to contract.

• Maintaining and further expanding customer relationships.

• Identifying market developments and new commercial opportunities.

• Intensive collaboration with consultants, product specialists, and software developers.

• Growing step by step into an independent Software Account Manager.

What you bring

You don't need to be an experienced software salesperson to succeed in this role. Perhaps you currently work as an inside sales representative, account manager, sales consultant, or in another commercial B2B environment and are ready for the next step. Furthermore, you possess:

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.

• Some commercial work experience or a strong commercial drive.

• Affinity with new business and acquisition.

• Interest in software, IT, or digital solutions.

• An entrepreneurial, eager-to-learn, and results-oriented attitude.

• Strong communication skills.

• A customer-oriented and enthusiastic demeanor.

• A good command of the Dutch language. English is a plus.

• A B driver's license.
