Junior Accountant/Buchhalter (m/w/d)

We're looking for a Junior Accountant/Buchhalter (m/w/d) at our location in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

Aufgaben

• Supporting our accounting department in the daily operations of financial accounting
• Independent processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounts
• Counting, recording and booking ongoing business transactions
• Verification, counting and booking incoming invoices as well as creating outgoing invoices
• Support in the processing and monitoring of payment flows
• Maintenance and alignment of accounts and clarification of open booking posts
• Participation in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Creating evaluations and supporting reports and internal analyses
• Taking over general administrative tasks in the finance department, including document management and master data maintenance
• Collaboration on optimizing and digitalizing accounting processes
• Accounting for international group companies
• Active work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as supporting the further development and maintenance of the system
• Support in controlling topics

Qualifikation

• Succesfully completed training as a tax clerk or equivalent commercial training with a focus on financial accounting
• First professional experience of about 1 to 2 years in financial accounting or at an auditing firm
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ideal first experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable accounting software
• Excellent German language skills as well as very good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Structured, meticulous and self-responsible working style
