The responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable: processing invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
• Follow, record, and manage fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform reconciliations and variance analyses to maintain precise financial records.
• Support cost tracking and reporting to improve financial efficiency and decision-making.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as needed to support the finance team, including but not limited to journal entries, financial reports, and compliance-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, external suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve financial requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements within accounting operations.

The criteria we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Pertinent first experience in accounting.
• Mastery of French and English, for communication purposes with the headquarters.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel (dynamic cross-tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis)
• Experience with SAP (an asset)
• Care about details, analytical spirit.
• Able to resolve problems proactively and independently.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration internally and externally.
