Junior Accountant

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics completed;
• At least 1 year of experience in the field;
• Excellent skills in Excel;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize, precision, organized person, detail-oriented;

Responsibilities:

• Daily invoices for sales and respond to the correct preparation of these in accordance with delivery instructions and dispatch notices;
• Responsible for archiving sales invoices;
• Verify the correctness and timeliness of mileage reports, ensure centralization, transmit monthly situations to budget responsible, accounting department head, and economic director;
• Verify the correctness of management documents (invoices, consumption vouchers, transfer vouchers, production reports) – related documentation, allocation by cost centers, signatures;
• Perform weekly, through survey, verification of stock levels vs actual stock levels for at least 5 finished products and at least 5 raw materials and packaging, and report the results to Accounting Department Head/Economic Director;
• Ensure evidence of inventory objects in use by users, as well as equipment protection;
• Daily confirmations of sales for clients and suppliers;
• Participate in periodic asset valuation, document the valuation, and perform reconciliation between script stock and actual stock;
• Provide support for resolving various requests at department level (data entry, document archiving, report preparation, etc.);
• Prioritize analyses and reports necessary for management regarding operations assigned, or whenever requested;
