Junior Accountant (m/w/d)

Motivates You to Work With Us:

• You record ongoing business transactions in DATEV – from incoming invoices over bank movements to outgoing invoices for your assigned companies.
• During the accounting process, you keep an overview: you capture and count documents in Payhawk and forward the approvals according to our defined workflow.
• In the monthly closing, you support the team with allocations, simple reversals, and initial reconciliation checks.
• You reliably track open items and clarify anomalies together with our Senior Accountant.
• In addition, you maintain master data such as creditors, cost centers, and account assignments and keep our records neatly structured.

What You Bring:

• You have completed a commercial education with a financial focus or studied in the field of accounting or finance.
• You bring initial experience in bookkeeping – an internship or work-study program is sufficient for us.
• DATEV knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement: we will thoroughly train you.
• You work carefully and structuredly and prefer to address discrepancies directly rather than letting them linger.
• You communicate fluently in German on C1 level; basic English skills help you with our internal tools.
