Your Team

Our Finance team takes care of the numbers behind the fast-growing travel platform. In accounting, we are about 15 colleagues and currently responsible for more than ten companies at home and abroad, and the trend is rising. With us, you will learn the craft of accounting from experienced colleagues from scratch and gradually take on more responsibility; you will shape in which direction based on your strengths and interests. Because we truly work as a team, the fun is not neglected, both in everyday life and at our team events.

Your Tasks

• You will take on tasks in financial accounting, especially in accounts payable in operational day-to-day business: you will process our accounting mailbox, record and book invoices, prepare payment runs, support ongoing account reconciliation and maintenance, and increasingly resolve minor discrepancies independently.

• You will participate in our monthly and annual financial statements.

• You will support projects, for example, in process optimization in accounting.

• You will help make our accounting smarter step by step, for example, with Excel or AI.

• You will develop step by step and actively shape your future with us.

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a tax assistant, or a business administration degree with a focus on financial accounting / accounting.

• You already have initial professional experience in accounting, for example, as part of your training, an internship, or a working student position.

• You have good knowledge of accounting principles and the basics of bookkeeping; you enjoy learning new topics.

• You are proficient in Excel

• Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP is an advantage

• You are open to the use of AI and enjoy solving repetitive tasks more smartly.

• You work reliably, accurately, and in a structured manner, have analytical thinking skills, and enjoy looking beyond the obvious to question and improve existing processes.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have self-motivation and commitment to truly make a difference.

• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English.
