Junior Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a Junior Accountant, you will actively work in our finance team and be responsible for ongoing accounting, reporting, and operational financial processes in an international environment.

• Administration of daily bookkeeping tasks to ensure orderly procedures and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support in accounts receivable, employee expense accounting, and payment processing.
• Preparation of timely financial reports and informative management reports.
• Careful preparation of value-added tax returns and other tax notifications.
• Support in payroll accounting and the associated statutory reporting.
• Participation in implementing and accounting for price policy adjustments.
• Collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and inspections.
• Participation in process improvements, digitalization, and automation in SAP and other standard IT systems of the Indra Group.
• Support in implementing the "internal control system".
• Completion of additional tasks in finance and accounting, including specialized analyses and participation in projects in the field of accounting.

Your Profile

• Degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or a comparable field.
• Prior experience or internship up to 5 years in accounting or finance preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, annual financial statements, and bookkeeping.
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is highly beneficial.
• Will to learn and interest in further development in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent German and English skills.
