Junior Accountant / Finanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

We are part of a growing, listed company from Spain. As a Junior Accountant, you bring fresh energy to our financial world: You drive the automation of processes forward, support the digitalization of our workflows and develop an all-encompassing financial overview of our company. With your involvement, you make our financial processes smarter, faster, and future-proof.

• Operative Accounting to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all statutory requirements
• Collaboration with external auditors and tax consultants in the context of audits and inspections
• Active participation in process improvements, particularly in the areas of digitalization and automation within SAP as well as other standard IT systems of the Indra Group
• Support for implementing the internal control system (ICS)
• Participation in the implementation and accounting representation of the price policy
• Support in cash flow management, including rolling forecast
• Preparation of timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support with accounts receivable/payable accounting, payment processing, tax-related topics, including VAT declarations, as well as payroll accounting
• Taking on additional tasks in finance and accounting, including specialized analyses and participation in projects in the accounting environment

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, finance or a comparable field, or alternatively a vocational training with a focus on finance
• First relevant work experience in the area of financial accounting of around 1-3 years, preferably in the context of internships or practical training
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, annual statements and accounting
• Good numerical understanding, data modeling and analytical skills
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office (Excel) and initial experience with SAP
• Learner's willingness and interest in further development in a dynamic international environment
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
