Junior Accountant / Accountant for Settlements

We have thirty years of experience on the Polish job market, which positions us at the forefront of the most important companies specializing in human resource management.  Currently, for our client from Dąbrowa Górnicza, Leader in the waste management industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position: - Junior Accountant / Accountant for Settlements  Job responsibilities: - accounting of bank statements and cash reports - accounting of compensations and e-payments - control and settlement of accounts with suppliers and customers - settlement of credit cards and prepaid cards - accounting of balance sheet valuation on foreign currency accounts - realization of system payments and upon request - preparing reports for internal units (e.g. aging of liabilities) - contact with the bank, obtaining a bank opinion - telephone/mail contact with contractors - cash pooling - control of the state of financial resources in units - cooperation with the debt collection department  Requirements: - secondary or higher education in accounting or finance - min. 3-year experience in accounting work - knowledge of the split payment mechanism - analytical thinking ability - ability to organize work and set priorities - self-reliance in action and problem-solving skills - communicativeness and ability to work in a team under time pressure - Mileage appreciated for knowing the SAP accounting system  Employer offers: - employment contract - Work in a team of 20-25 people - Subordinate to the Main Accountant / Deputy Head of Accounting - 1 hour of English per week - Multisport card - MyBenefit cafeteria - Annual integration trip - Vacation benefits Sector: Banking Occupation/Specialization: Accounting/Banking/Finance Type of employment: Freelance job
