Tasks - Participation in accounting for several corporate entities - Support in accounts receivable, including invoicing and recording of incoming payments - Contribution to the collection process - Support in accounts payable and preparation of payment flows - Attendance at meetings with department heads - Assistance in preparing monthly statements and preparing annual statements for the companies being supported - Participation in developing and optimizing internal processes in collaboration with the team leader and CFO Profile - Completed vocational training in accounting and first-hand experience in accounting - Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Abacus is advantageous - High reliability, discretion, and engagement - Structured, self-reliant, and efficient work style - Developed teamwork skills and strong communication skills - Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
