Tasks - Participation in financial and accounting (including debtors and creditors management, annual accounts and reporting). - Support with tax matters for companies and individuals (preparation of tax returns, VAT settlements, financial planning and consulting). - Accompaniment of company development processes, including analysis and optimization of financial structures. - Organization and implementation of administrative tasks - Support in evaluating and implementing new software solutions as well as recruiting new employees. Profile - Completed commercial education with experience in finance or trust services. - Further training as a trustee:in with eidg. Fachausweis or Fachmann/-frau Rechnungswesen und Controlling from an advantage. - At least two years of professional experience in a trust or financial services company. - Analytical thinking and a well-developed understanding of numbers. - Secure handling of Microsoft Office, preferably experience with Abacus or similar ERP systems. - Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented work style. - Communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
