Ital Brokers S.p.A. is looking for a Junior Account who will be responsible for supporting the Welfare & Employee Benefits department in Milan. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or related field, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and experience in account management. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients. The Junior Account will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients; • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction; • Collaborating with the Welfare & Employee Benefits team to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and experience in account management.
