As Account Officer – Contract Manager, you will play a key role in this evolution. Within the Facility Management Department, you will work with 3 other colleagues to manage contracts and external activities in various domains such as Soft Facilities, including relocations, post, cleaning, vehicle fleet, recreational facilities, waste treatment, and pests,... You integrate evolutions (market, clients, technological,...), estimate budgets, compare candidatures and offers, participate in negotiations with firms, maintain close contacts with external suppliers to follow and coordinate external services. You track contract execution without losing sight of the quality of service provided. You develop and track relevant KPIs and take measures based on their evolution; you are the point of contact for our internal clients. You maintain, develop, and perpetuate relationships with clients. You establish SLAs with them, measure respect, and take measures that follow; you ensure budget management and respect for contract envelopes. You manage risk activities and externalized activities. You implement continuous improvement of function scope and keep track of market evolutions. You hold a bachelor's degree in Facility Management or equivalent experience. You can work both independently and as part of a team. You possess good communication skills, both oral and written, and have easy contact with internal clients and external companies. You are comfortable with computer tools and technological innovation. You are proactive, have a critical spirit, and analytical capacity. You are solution-oriented and place the client at the center of your concerns. You have active knowledge of Dutch (B2 level). Additional assets for this function: you have relevant experience in public markets and soft facilities; you have experience with an FMIS and specifically Planon. This junior position is addressed to candidates with professional experience up to 2 years.
