The position is the central coordination and contact point for all operational, organizational, and communicative topics around REDHandball and **offers you a thrilling entry into the world of automated live streaming and modern sports marketing.** It ensures the smooth operation of the game, coordination with internal and external partners, and structured internal information distribution. You are in this position the operational backbone of REDHandball and bear responsibility for the quality of the game, satisfaction of clubs and partners, and internal efficiency. ****Your Tasks****
* **You are the face for our partners:** As the first point of contact for clubs and the federation (SHV), you coordinate all common concerns. * **You are the communication hub:** You ensure information flow between clubs, federation, and our internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech). * **You plan the program:** You coordinate game schedules and live streams and analyze previous game days to improve quality. * **You are responsible for technology on site:** You control camera installations in halls in close coordination with tech experts.
