Junior Account Manager - Full-time (m/w/d)

We are looking for motivated employees (m/w/d) for customer support as Junior Account Manager, who will passionately and enthusiastically support our customers, advise them, and work together with us to ensure their success. Tasks

• Preliminary preparation, planning, and implementation of exciting projects – from the idea to successful completion
• Monitoring and controlling the achievement of your customers' goals – so that every milestone is reached
• Project control and performance analysis – to ensure efficiency and success
• BUILDING LONG-TERM, TRUST-BASED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS – through regular care and proactive communication
• Satisfaction of customer satisfaction – with a clear focus on sustainable results
• Identifying potential and conducting upsell conversations – for additional value and growth
• Counseling in the areas of Employer Branding, Personal Marketing & Recruiting – individually tailored to the needs of our customers
• Led and conducted workshops – to develop effective employer strategies

Qualification

• Structured working: The ability to efficiently follow existing processes and further develop them
• Quick understanding and high self-motivation – you recognize challenges quickly and act goal-oriented
• Strong communicative skills and a developed sense of accuracy in collaboration with customers and teams
• Sovereign handling of performance pressure: You maintain your composure even in stressful situations
• Error-free written expression in German – clear, precise, and to the point
• Prior knowledge in customer consulting, employer branding, personnel management, online marketing or social media is a plus, but not a requirement
