Job Title: Junior Account Manager (X2 positions available) Location: Century City, Cape Town, South Africa Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: R8,000.00 probation (3 months), thereafter R10,000.00 basic commission Overview: A fast-growing importer and wholesaler specialising in consumer electronic accessories. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is ensured. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and negotiating deals. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
