Duties:

• Recruiting and identifying qualified engineering candidates through various recruitment channels - Managing and expanding existing customer relationships within the scope of account management - Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects - Organizing and coordinating presentation meetings between candidates and customers - Accompanying the entire recruiting process – from initial contact to successful placement - Creating and aligning candidate profiles, as well as close cooperation with customers and applicants - Maintaining our network of job seekers and customers, as well as our CRM system

Qualifications:

• A successfully completed degree, ideally in the economic, technical, or comparable field - First practical experiences in recruiting, sales, personnel management, or account management are advantageous - Interest in technical topics and the engineering environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style - High self-motivation and enjoyment of dealing with people - Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking - Class B driver's license
