Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) - Kundenbetreuung & Projektmanagement

We are looking for motivated employees (m/w/d) for customer support as Junior Account Managers, who with passion and engagement support, advise and work together with us to ensure the success of our customers. Aufgaben

• Preliminary preparation, planning, and implementation of exciting projects – from idea to successful completion
• Monitoring and controlling the achievement of your customers' goals – so that every milestone is reached
• Preliminary preparation and implementation of customer kickoffs including complete campaign setup (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
• Project control and performance analysis – to ensure efficiency and success
• Buliding long-term, trust-based customer relationships – through regular care and proactive communication
• Satisfaction of customer satisfaction – with a clear focus on sustainable results
• Identifying potential and conducting upsell conversations – for additional value and growth
• Consulting in the areas of Employer Branding, Personal Marketing & Recruiting – individually tailored to the needs of our customers
• Led and implementation of workshops – to develop effective employer strategies

Qualifikation

• Structured work: The ability to efficiently follow existing processes and further develop them
• Fast comprehension and high self-motivation – you quickly recognize challenges and act goal-oriented
• Strong communicative skills and a developed sense of accuracy in collaboration with customers and teams
• Sovereign handling of performance pressure: You maintain your cool head even in stressful situations
• Error-free written expression in German – clear, precise, and to the point
• Prior knowledge in customer consulting, employer branding, personnel management, online marketing or social media is a plus, but not a requirement
