Junior Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are an Amazon agency from Essen and help brands to sell successfully on the Amazon marketplace. As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the success of our clients through strategic approaches and operational adjustments. Our clients include exciting brands in the areas of Fashion, Food & Lifestyle.

Tasks

• PPC & Advertising: You will support the creation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads) to continuously improve the performance of our partners.
• Content & SEO: You will create and optimize content to move our clients up in the rankings.
• Account Management: You will keep an eye on Seller Central, maintain product data, and handle communication with Amazon support for problem-solving.
• Analysis: You will evaluate key figures and help prepare reports that show where we can unlock further potential.
• Hands-on Support: You will work closely with our Account Managers and implement coordinated strategies in day-to-day business.

Qualification

• Education/Studies: You have completed a degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar) or are about to, ideally with initial exposure to e-commerce.
• First Experience: You have already gained initial experience in online marketing, SEO, or performance marketing (e.g., through internships or working student positions).
• Tool Proficiency: You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel is not a foreign language to you.
• Work Style: You work extremely accurately, conscientiously, and have a high quality standard for your own work.
• Mindset: You are eager to work in a dynamic agency environment, are willing to learn, and enjoy actively getting involved.
• Languages: German at a very good level (C1/C2) and solid English skills.
