Junior Account Manager (m/w/d)

We are an Amazon agency from Essen and help brands successfully sell on the Amazon marketplace. As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the success of our customers through strategic approaches and operational adjustments. Our customers include exciting brands in the Fashion, Food & Lifestyle sectors.

Tasks

• PPC & Advertising: You support the creation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads) to continuously improve the performance of our partners.
• Content & SEO: You create and optimize content so that our customers move up in the rankings.
• Account Management: You have Seller Central in view, manage product data, and take over communication with Amazon Support for problem-solving.
• Analysis: You evaluate key figures and help prepare reports that show where we can still tap into potential.
• Hands-on Support: You work closely with our Account Managers and implement coordinated strategies in daily business.

Qualification

• Educational Background/Study: You have completed a degree (BWL, Marketing, Communication, etc.) or are about to do so, ideally with first experiences in e-commerce.
• First Experience: You have already gained some experience in online marketing, SEO, or performance marketing (e.g., through internships or student assistant positions).
• Tool Fit: You are comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel is not a foreign word to you.
• Work Style: You work extremely accurately, conscientiously, and have high quality standards for your own work.
• Mindset: You are eager to learn in a dynamic agency environment, are willing to take action, and enjoy actively participating.
• Languages: German at a very good level (C1/C2) and solid English skills.
