Your responsibilities as a starting Account Manager:

• Responsible for the commercial development.
• Manage and develop your own portfolio of existing clients, with a focus on long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
• Promote our analytical laboratory offer within your region.
• Maintain strategic client relationships and negotiate national agreements.
• Align your commercial strategy to the needs of (potential) clients and expand your customer base.
• Provide technical advice and translate customer questions into tailored solutions.
• Prepare bids in collaboration with your manager and track orders and invoices.
• Report relevant information that can be of strategic importance to the laboratory.
• Represent our company at trade fairs and specialized forums.
