Junior Account Manager in Recruiting (m/w/d) in Part-time

You want to steer exciting recruiting projects in the banking sector independently and strategically – and do that part-time?

With us, you'll work directly with our clients in the banking sector, develop tailored Active Sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from requirements analysis to successful placement.

Tasks

• Strategic Recruiting Projects in Banking: You're responsible for recruiting projects in the banking sector comprehensively, from needs analysis to successful placement. Together with our clients, you'll define requirement profiles, develop suitable search strategies, and advise them on market and candidate situations.
• Project Management & Customer Management: You manage your projects independently, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure a structured and efficient implementation. As the central point of contact for our clients, you guarantee transparency, quality, and reliability throughout the process.
• Active Sourcing & Direct Approach: You identify suitable candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels. With individual, value-adding approaches, you win qualified talents for our clients and accompany them professionally through the selection process.
• Interview Coordination & Process Management: You coordinate interviews, structure selection processes, and ensure a smooth flow. You keep timelines, feedback loops, and candidate experience in mind at all times.
• Reporting & Process Optimization: You create client reports and analyze relevant KPIs.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree or equivalent qualification. Ideally, with a focus on personnel, economics, or management.
• You bring genuine interest in project management, recruiting, and active sourcing, and want to actively shape these topics.
• You work structured, independently, and take over responsibility for your projects.
• You think entrepreneurially, keep priorities in mind, and address issues proactively.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and professionally
• You enjoy dealing with people and approach situations confidently and respectfully.
