Junior Account Manager (E-Commerce & Retail Media) (m/w/d)

eBazaaris is the leading Retail Media Agency specializing in Amazon and pharmacies. We support pharmaceutical manufacturers and brands in increasing their performance through data-driven marketing, effective Amazon Advertising strategies (DSP & Sponsored Ads), and smart Retail Media solutions. As we don't just act as an agency but also as a strategic partner with a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and digital excellence.

Our goal is to make pharmaceutical brands Retail Media Champions.

Tasks

• Maintenance and development of existing customers in the Amazon & pharmacies area
• Participation in implementing Retail Media strategies including campaign briefings, monitoring & reporting
• Closely working with the teams Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI
• Contributing to developing growth strategies (e.g. Cross- / Upsell ideas)
• Organizing timings & preparing for customer meetings
• Participation in internal knowledge formats, project reviews & industry updates

Qualification

• First professional experience (1–2 years) in the field of Online Marketing, E-Commerce or Media – e.g. through internships, student jobs or a first full-time position
• Interest in digital project management & data-driven marketing
• Basic understanding of online advertising (e.g. Google, Meta or Amazon advantageous but not necessary)
• Analytical thinking, structured work style & enthusiasm for new tools
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) & good English language skills
• Communicative appearance & pleasure in exchanging with customers and internal teams
• Safe handling of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
