Your Responsibilities – Making an Impact from Day One

• You will qualify incoming leads from marketing and conduct initial conversations with prospects.

• You will learn to accurately capture customer needs using our methodology (SPICED) and will accompany demos together with experienced AEs.

• You will build your own pipeline and systematically document your activities in the CRM.

• You will work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.

What You Bring With You

• Completed vocational training or a university degree, major irrelevant (career changers are also welcome).

• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a drive to start a career in sales.

• Structured, independent way of working and coachability.

• Very good German, good English, and an affinity for digital technologies.
