We are looking for a Junior 2D Designer (m/w/d) who masters the classic 2D craftsmanship and has enthusiasm for motion design with After Effects and live events.

What you do here

Designing backdrops & graphics in space for live events
Developing key visuals
Motion Design: animating key visuals & graphic elements
2D design from small to large – nameplate, print, wayfinding system
PowerPoint design (conceptually & visually)
working with generative KI & new design tools
nice to have: photo shoots (employee photos, event shots)
first contact with 3D (not a must)

What you bring

A secure sense of 2D design and motion design and the connection between both
Good knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere)
Team spirit, curiosity and enthusiasm to continue developing yourself
Experience with generative KI in a design context (e.g. image and asset creation)
Safe handling of common tools for KI-supported design (e.g. in Adobe Firefly)
Understanding of visual prompt development and iterative work with KI systems
Interest in integrating AI into creative workflows (2D, motion, possibly animation) and further developing it
Openness to actively trying out new tools and technologies in the AI design area
