(Junior) Manager Strategic Projects & Operations (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You accompany strategic customer projects from the first consultation to the successful implementation of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• You are responsible for onboarding new customers and ensure a smooth start on our platform.
• You steer partner management throughout the entire customer lifecycle and serve as the central interface for our partners.
• You support the optimization of our internal company operations by actively participating in process development and driving organizational further development forward.
• You support the design of processes in cryptocurrency registration and custody, ensuring their efficient implementation.
• You accompany internal and external audits with your expertise and ensure transparency and compliance.
• You work closely with the COO and Head of Operations, supporting them in operational daily business as well as special projects and receiving targeted opportunities to develop into a senior position such as Senior Manager Business Operations or Key Account Manager at our company.

Your Profile

• You bring at least two years of professional experience in a financial institution or consulting firm, ideally with a focus on operations, banking, digital assets, or securities business.
• You are confident in project management and understand how to structure complex topics towards a goal.
• You possess a well-developed compliance mindset and have experience in professional cooperation with demanding customers and various stakeholders.
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both verbally and written.
• You ideally already have experience in the crypto/blockchain area or bring fundamental knowledge of electronic securities (eWpG) and digital assets.
• You work solution-oriented, maintain an overview even with complex processes, and always act customer-oriented.
• You are characterized by a quick understanding ability as well as a pragmatic implementation capability and have a desire to take on responsibility.
