Support E-commerce customers at JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS and smart processes

You know JTL-Wawi, think in processes and want to really help retailers in their daily lives? At knowmates, you support our e-commerce customers with JTL-Wawi, JTL-WMS, interfaces, workflows, and technical questions around their inventory management.

This is not just about processing tickets. You analyze problems, find practical solutions, optimize processes, and help our customers use their systems more reliably and efficiently.

Aufgaben

• You support our customers in technical support around JTL-Wawi and JTL-WMS
• You analyze errors, inspect workflows, and find practical solutions for ongoing operation
• You accompany installations, updates, and configurations of JTL products like Wawi, WMS, POS, or FFN
• You support in binding external systems, such as shops, marketplaces, shipping-, Fibu- or interface solutions
• You test interfaces, connectors, and processes and help with troubleshooting
• You work with Ameise-imports, inventory processes, workflows, and basic SQL queries
• You document solutions and create understandable how-to's, training materials, and self-service materials
• You bring your experience to develop our support processes together with the project and development team

Qualifikation

• You have already practical experience with JTL-Wawi, ideally also with JTL-WMS
• You understand e-commerce processes and can easily get into the workflows of retailers
• You have experience in technical support, application management, ERP environment or a comparable role
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and communicate clearly with customers
• You have technical basic understanding for Windows environments, databases, interfaces, and system configurations
• You can analyze errors, document cleanly, and set priorities in support operations
• You speak and write German fluently

This is a plus

You don't have to bring everything. The better, if you're familiar with some of these topics:

• Experience with JTL-Workflows, JTL-Ameise, Backup/Recovery or MS-SQL
• Knowledge in JTL-POS, JTL-FFN or complex inventory processes
• Experience with shop-, marketplace-, Fibu- or shipping connections
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, connectors or SQL scripts
• Basis knowledge in PowerShell or another scripting language
• Experience with DOTLiquid or List&Label
