Jr. Sales Representative

Sailun Tire Mexico –Junior Sales Representative (PCR/TBR) Position Reporting To –Director of Sales Summary/Objective Reporting to the Director of Sales, Junior Sales Representative provides operational and field support to the sales team to drive PCR/TBR revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role assists with order follow-up, pricing analysis, reporting, customer visits, and technical field monitoring of tire performance. The position plays a key role in supporting commercial activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development. Additionally, this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as providing administrative support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include: • Providing operational and field support to the sales team to drive PCR/TBR revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. • Assisting with order follow-up, pricing analysis, reporting, customer visits, and technical field monitoring of tire performance. • Supporting commercial activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development. • Maintaining accurate records and reports. • Providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
