(Jr) Quality & Food Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Execution and documentation of sensory tests of retention samples as well as support in product evaluations
• Support in the creation, maintenance and review of product and packaging specifications as well as declarations
• Collaboration in the legal review of product labels and sales documents
• Research on food law issues and support in international product launches
• Organization of laboratory analyses and support in the review of analysis reports and the processing of product-specific customer inquiries
• Collaboration in the support of the quality management system (e.g. HACCP, traceability and complaint management)
• Support in the preparation and accompaniment of external audits (e.g. IFS, Organic, Vegan, Halal) as well as communication with authorities and external partners

Your Profile

• Completed studies in food technology, oecotrophology, food chemistry or comparable
• Interest in sensory product evaluation and quality assurance in the food industry
• Initial practical experience in quality management or in the food industry (e.g. through internships or working student activities) is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food law and food labeling desirable
• Careful, structured way of working and pronounced sensory perception
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
