We are now looking for you as Jr. Product Manager (m/w/d)!

Your tasks

• Taking over and caring for your own product releases from the initial idea to conception, development, and launch until handover into regular operation.
• Conducting market, competition, and trend analyses.
• Collaborating on defining product requirements (User Needs, Features, Specifications, USPs).
• Closely working with SCM, Logistics, QC, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Coordinating external partners like suppliers, manufacturers, agencies.
• Aiding in calculating product costs, pricing positioning, and margin analysis.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation (briefings, specifications, launch checklists).
• Supporting quality assurance, product testing, and approvals (samples, pre-production samples, series approval).
• Planning and implementing product launches in eCommerce (content, USPs, launch timing, promotions).
• Closely coordinating with Marketing to create product content (PDPs, images, videos, claims).
• Monitoring product performance after launch (sales, conversion rate, returns, ratings, NPS).
• Analyzing customer feedback & reviews for continuous product improvement.
• Supporting optimization of existing products (inventory management, relaunches, phasing out).
• Supporting forecasting and sales planning.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Product Management, Sports Management or a comparable education
  Alternatively: Quereinsteiger with relevant practical experience in eCommerce or product management.
• First-hand experience in product management, eCommerce, category management, project management or a related field (e.g. procurement, marketing, operations).
• Experience in the fitness-, sport- or health-sector is a plus, but not necessary.
• Ideal candidate with first contacts with physical products (hardware, consumer goods, accessories).
• Basic understanding of product development processes and eCommerce structures.
• Safe handling of MS programs + common AI tools.
• Basic knowledge in data analysis & KPI understanding (e.g. sales, conversion, returns).
• Structured, independent work style with high learning readiness.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
• Interest in products from idea to customer.
• Ability to coordinate various stakeholders and maintain an overview.
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
• Clear, solution-oriented communication – internally and externally.
• Teamwork ability and openness to feedback.
• Pasison for sports, fitness or healthy lifestyle from a plus.
