As a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will directly support our Product Manager and have their back in day-to-day operations. You will take over the research, preparation, and coordination that ensures product developments and launches run smoothly. If you work in a structured way, are enthusiastic about beauty products, and enjoy being the reliable person in the team that can be counted on for implementation, you are exactly right with us.

You are the right-hand person to our Product Manager and ensure that all operational aspects run smoothly. From data preparation and coordination with internal teams to following up on outstanding items - you hold the threads together in the background, thereby creating the space for good product decisions to emerge. This way, you directly contribute to Doonails continuing to launch successful products.

Support in Product Development (NPD)

• You will support our Product Manager throughout the entire development process - from idea to launch - and reliably take on assigned tasks and sub-areas.

Research & Preparation

• You will research market, trend, and competitor data as well as customer feedback and prepare it in such a way that well-founded decisions can be made quickly.

Data Maintenance & Reporting

• You will maintain product data, KPIs (sales, revenue, margins), and overviews, and prepare analyses that our Product Management uses for steering.

Coordination & Follow-up

• You will keep an eye on open tasks, timelines, and to-dos, follow up, and ensure that nothing is left undone.

Interface & Supplier Communication

• You will support coordination with internal teams (Purchasing/Ops, Brand/Marketing, Retail) and in ongoing communication with external partners such as manufacturers, suppliers, and fragrance houses.

 

You will learn Product Management at a fast-growing beauty brand from the ground up, directly alongside our Product Manager. Over time and with growing experience, you can take on more responsibility and gradually develop towards an independent Product Management role.
