For an important client company, a leader in the biomedical sector, we are selecting a resource to join the team as:

JR PROCUREMENT & PLANNING SPECIALIST (BIOMEDICAL SECTOR)

What will you be responsible for?

• You will manage the procurement process for raw materials, components, third-party processing, packaging, and strategic services for the production of medical devices

• You will issue, monitor, and manage purchase orders, ensuring continuity of supply

• You will monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as OTD, quality, and reliability

• You will monitor inventory and manage shortage situations, allocations, and supply changes, minimizing the risk of production interruptions

• You will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• You will analyze forecasts, demand, lead times, and production capacity

• You will ensure compliance with applicable medical sector requirements

• You will manage the required documentation for product or supplier changes

The role does not include scouting, supplier evaluation/validation, or economic negotiation activities.

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

• Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum previous experience in planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably gained in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Life Science companies
• Proficient in Office and Excel, with knowledge of MRP and ERP systems being a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Contractual Offer:

Integration with a permanent temporary employment contract.

Applicable National Collective Labour Agreement: CCNL Gomma plastica (Rubber and Plastic Industry)

Position level: A/C

The foreseen salary is between 31,000 gross annual Euros and 41,000 gross annual Euros.

Restaurant tickets and a site-specific performance bonus, as well as variable objective-related compensation (0 - 5%) are also provided.
