Description of the vacancy

This position is for working in a presential regime, in Indaiatuba, São Paulo.

Who will you work with?

The Helpdesk team is part of the Digital Intelligence team, composed of specialized analysts in remote and on-site support, attending project demands and the Operational Control Center website for clients.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of systems and products implemented in the project, offering support to the client. You will have interface with all segments of the project, ensuring execution of tests, support, and analyses, bringing excellent results in deliveries.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology or related fields;

  • Developed analytical capacity;

  • Knowledge of system automation (desirable);

  • Knowledge of railway operations (desirable);

  • Prior experience in client support;

  • Able to analyze algorithms;

  • Effective oral and written communication; ability to articulate clearly and concisely;

  • Intermediate English;

  • Advanced experience with the Office package (Word, Excel, Project...);

  • Availability for occasional travel.

How will your day-to-day be?

  • Work on a scale at the client's website;

  • Auxiliary in the reliability of the railway control system;

  • Analyze open incidents reported by client failures;

  • Collect logs for analysis;

  • Collect information on reliability to prioritize correction of failures;

  • Prepare monitoring reports on system reliability;

  • Configure log copies from servers/panels in production;

  • Analyze alarms from the IT monitoring tool;

  • Train and pass knowledge about implemented infrastructure to clients;

  • Work closely with internal segments and clients to identify and resolve problems;

  • Participate and lead discussions on failure analysis meetings with clients.
