You'll contribute to our shared success by:

• Diving deep into our product and finding the optimal solution for each of the very different application scenarios of our customers
• Our customers will be grateful for your support via phone, email, or chat
• As the most important interface between customer and Crewmeister, you'll qualify customer inquiries for further processing to develop our solutions
• You'll recognize upselling potential among our existing customers and present them with new products and features that will make their lives easier
• You'll continuously identify improvement potential in our processes and tools to actively develop Crewmeister further

You bring the following strengths:

• You have a high level of understanding and your handling of software and the internet is secure

• Very good German language skills (min. C1) - English is an asset

• For you, teamwork is a true pleasure

• You possess a completed intermediate degree or Abitur - training or studies are advantageous

• Your strength lies in good communication in word and writing

• You have a good portion of humor, and if you can also demonstrate solid knowledge of table football, that's an extra bonus (2 plus points)

• If you've already worked for a small company where time recording or planning was relevant, you'll bring a good understanding of our customers with you.
