• Dive deep into our product and find the optimal solution for each of the very different application scenarios of our customers
• Our customers are grateful for your support via phone, email or chat
• As the most important interface between customer and Crewmeister, you qualify customer inquiries for further processing to develop our solution
• You recognize upselling potential among our existing customers and present them with new products and features that will make their lives easier
• You continuously identify improvement potential in our processes and tools to actively develop Crewmeister
• You take responsibility for individual areas to drive the entire team forward

You bring this along:

• You have a high level of understanding and your handling of software and internet is secure

• Very good German language skills (min. C1) - English is an advantage

• For you, teamwork is a real pleasure

• You possess a completed intermediate school leaving certificate or Abitur - training or studies are advantageous

• You have already worked in the customer service sector for at least two years via phone and email contact with customers

• Your strength is good communication in word and writing

• You have a good portion of humor, and if you can also present solid knowledge of table football, that's an extra bonus (2 Plus points)
