JR BUYER – RAW MATERIALS

We are looking for a resource to join the Raw Materials Purchasing Office who, after a period of training and mentorship, will support the team in managing the procurement processes necessary for the plant's operation. They will collaborate in managing supplier relationships, monitoring purchase orders and deliveries, analyzing production needs, and verifying the correct availability of materials. They will also participate in market analysis activities for procurement, contributing to the monitoring of costs and supplier performance.

The position offers the opportunity to gain a cross-functional view of company processes and to understand the dynamics connecting purchasing, production planning, and logistics.

Requirements

• At least a three-year degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Management, or related fields, or a specific ITS (Higher Technical Institute) path.
• Preference for a diploma in Accounting, AFM (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing), Business Clerk, or a technical diploma with an economic-commercial orientation.
• Interest in procurement processes, supply chain, and supplier management.
• Good data analysis and information interpretation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Negotiation and professional relationship management skills.
• Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn the procurement logic of a structured industrial context.

Preferential qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, AFM (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing), Business Clerk, or a technical diploma with an economic-commercial orientation.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Internship experience (curricular or extracurricular) in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and the main dynamics related to purchasing and transport management.

• Indicative gross annual salary: €27,000 - €33,000.
