Job description
Govern the acquisition process of indirect goods and services (not related to production) ensuring compliance with internal policies, cost optimization, and time optimization, and support for user areas to ensure operational continuity.
- Analyze internal requirements to define technical specifications and purchase criteria.
- Perform comparative analysis of quotes (cost breakdown, TCO – Total Cost of Ownership).
- Negotiate basic commercial conditions considering impact on costs, deadlines, and quality.
- Prepare purchase orders in ERP and track deliveries and invoicing.
- Monitor KPIs for purchases (savings, cycle times, SLA compliance).
- Support the management of contracts and analysis of risks associated with suppliers.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to indirect cost optimization.
