WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Young Professional

You will be responsible for interacting comprehensively across the different key areas of our cement plant at Holcim Mexico (Maintenance, Quality, Processes, and Quarry, among others). The main objective of this interaction is to gain an overview of the operation, in order to develop and implement high-impact strategic proposals that drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous business growth.

Work location: Tecomán cement plant

Indispensable requirements:

• Graduate professional in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Mining Engineering.

• Desired experience in related areas, not required for the program. Previous participation in trainee programs, leadership incubators, or student groups is valued. • Proficiency in Office tools

• B2 Intermediate / Advanced English – Conversational

• Full availability to work in the field and learn all processes within Holcim Mexico.
