WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Young Professional

You will be responsible for interacting comprehensively with the different key areas of our cement plant at Holcim Mexico (Maintenance, Quality, Processes, and Quarry, among others). The main objective of this interaction is to gain an overall view of the operation, in order to develop and implement high-impact strategic proposals that drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous business growth.

Workplace: Apaxco cement plant (State of Mexico)

Indispensable Requirements:

• Graduated professional in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Mining Engineering.

• Desirable experience in related areas, not required for the program. Previous participation in trainee programs, leadership incubators, or student groups is valued.• Proficiency in Office Suite tools

• B2 Intermediate/Advanced English – Conversational

• Full availability to work in the field and learn all processes within Holcim Mexico.
