Young IT Support Learner | São Paulo

We are looking for a young learner to join our IT team! If you like technology, want to learn on-the-job and be part of a constantly growing company, this is the perfect opportunity! In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for doubts and incidents, provide initial IT support to users and help with equipment inventory control. Responsibilities: Update and control equipment to maintain reliable inventory; Perform maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning; Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues; Assist in controlling equipment stock; Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues; Participate in training sessions to improve IT skills; Develop knowledge of company's IT systems and tools. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Basic understanding of computer hardware and software; Ability to learn quickly and work independently; Good communication and teamwork skills; Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
