Young IT Support Learner | Brasília

In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for doubts and incidents, provide initial IT support to users and help with equipment inventory control. Responsibilities: Update and control equipment to maintain reliable inventory; Perform maintenance tasks on hardware and software systems; Provide technical assistance to users; Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; Help in monitoring and controlling equipment usage; Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge; Collaborate with the IT team to develop solutions and implement new technologies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks; Ability to learn quickly and work independently; Good communication and teamwork skills; Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
