Young IT Support Learner | Belo Horizonte

We are looking for a young learner to join our IT team! If you like technology, want to learn on the job and be part of a constantly growing company, this is the perfect opportunity! In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for doubts and incidents, provide initial IT support to users and help with equipment inventory control. Responsibilities: Update and control equipment to maintain reliable inventory; Perform maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning; Assist in the organization and management of equipment storage areas; Provide technical assistance to users, responding to their requests and resolving issues; Participate in the development of procedures and documentation for IT support activities; Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals; Develop skills and knowledge in IT support and maintenance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications; Ability to work in a team environment; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
