Journeyman AG Service Technician

Purpose: To perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agriculture and turf equipment. Technicians are also required to provide field service support to customers as required. Responsibilities: Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge. Maintains current knowledge and understanding of AMS products and equipment. Provides technical support and assistance to customers as required.
