Journalier

Job description

AIM is currently looking for a journalier to work at its site in Quebec, from Monday to Friday starting at 7h30. Reporting to the production supervisor, the successful candidate will receive different types of metals, perform an initial classification and direct them to the appropriate locations.

You will be responsible for :

Welcoming clients with courtesy by following our procedures and requirements;
Participating in unloading materials;
Sorting different metals based on their characteristics;
Inspecting client metals;
Identifying the correct type of metal for each product and validating its quality;
Weighing metals on the scale;
Entering data into the RECY software;
Working with various types of machinery (elevated cart);
Packing reception/expedition tickets;
Maintaining cleanliness of the premises;
Performing all other related tasks;
