JORDAN PLUMBING- Service Plumber and Plumbers Trade Assistant

1) Job Title: CONSTRUCTION PLUMBER TRADE ASSISTANT Employment Type : Full-Time (Permanent) Salary: $36 to $46 Per Hour Purpose & Scope: To assist the business (through delegated responsibilities) to achieve it’s vision of being the preferred plumbing supplier in South Australia and the Northern Territory. This assistance will involve the performance of tasks that support the business mission of identifying & satisfying the customer’s needs for innovative plumbing solutions in a flexible, responsive and customer-focused manner. The role will also require the ability to work effectively as part of a team, with minimal supervision, and to maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Key Responsibilities: • Assist plumbers and other trade staff in the performance of their duties; • Perform tasks that support the business mission, such as identifying & satisfying customer needs for innovative plumbing solutions; • Maintain accurate records and reports as required; • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and services; • Work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision; • Maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; • 2+ years experience in a trade-related role, preferably in the plumbing industry; • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg); • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision; • Ability to maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
