As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their beverage experience and providing highly efficient and courteous service while participating in daily bar operations.

Main responsibilities

• Assist guests with drink preparation and service at the bar and restaurant in an efficient and timely manner.

• Interact with guests to understand their needs, satisfaction with drinks, ensuring consistently attentive and high-quality service.

• Contribute to increasing A&B sales by knowing drinks, cocktails, liquors, and other menu items, special offers, and prices.

• Clean, clear, and reorganize tables as needed.

• Operate, maintain, and clean all bar equipment and accessories properly.

• Maintain the service bar well-stocked at all times.

• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using the appropriate food handling skills and HACCP food safety regulations.
